Our new Thin-tubing/Open-Fit kit brings two newer technological developments to the MDHearingAid PRO family.  Thin-tubing gives the wearer a modern, nearly invisible profile.  Open-fit domes feature tiny vent holes which allow natural sound to enter the ear.

  • Includes 3 open domes (6mm, 9mm, 12mm) and 3 closed domes (9mm, 12mm, 15mm)
  • A built-in stabilizer bar helps hold the dome in place.
  • Reduces the plugged up feeling of always having something in your ear.

PRO Kit: Standard tubing and domes for MDHearingAid PRO

For optimal performance of your MDHearingAid PRO, you should change your tubing and domes every 3 to 6 months. Over time and with frequent use, tubing and domes become more stiff and discolored. They will not fit as well, and sound resonance will be less than optimal.  Please note that accessory kits cannot be returned.

MDHearingAid 1-Year Product Protection Plan

With the MDHearingAid Product Protection Plan, you are 100% protected from ALL types of accidental damage, and almost anything else that may go wrong, including things not covered by the standard warranty (water damage, battery corrosion, stepping on the hearing aid, etc).  This Service Contract covers ANY defect or malfunction in your new MDHearingAid .

How Long Does The Coverage Last?
This service contract lasts for 1 year from the date of purchase of the hearing aid.

What Will MDHearingAid Do?
MDHearingAid will repair or replace any defective or malfunctioning part or send you a brand NEW hearing aid at no charge.

What Does This Service Contract Not Cover?
Loss of the hearing aid and unauthorized repairs are not covered.  See our Terms and Conditions for specific Contract details. 

How Do You Get Service?
If something goes wrong with your aid, contact MDHearingAid at 888-670-4327 or service@mdhearingaid.com for specific return instructions.  If it is necessary to send the aid to us, you are required to pay for postage and processing to and from MDHearingAid.

How Do I Or der the Product Protection Plan (PPP)?
If you already own an MDHearingAid, enter the serial number(s) on the checkout page.  If hearing aid(s) and PPP are ordered at the same time, you may leave the serial number field blank (your serial number will be automatically linked to the PPP).  Each PPP will be linked to a particular hearing aid, so choose the correct PPP based on the number of aids you own.

Shipping Information
Your MDHearingAid Accessories will be shipped from our Distribution Center by United States Postal Service, for arrival to your home within 5-7 business days of order confirmation. Standard  orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  Standard Shipping costs $3.95. (Please note, accessory kits cannot be returned for a refund.)

Rush Delivery
We can rush delivery (1-2 business days) to most locations within the U.S. for a shipping charge of $25 per address.

Warranty 
The MDHearingAid™ is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the time you receive your order. If at our examination it is determined that the unit failed to work due to parts, materials or workmanship we will repair or replace it for free.
