Sales & Support—Customer Experience
We’re hiring! MDHearing is currently looking for full-time and part-time Sales & Support team members to join our remote team.
Description:
We’re looking for experienced customer service and sales professionals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and making recommendations that improve the customer experience.
As part of our Sales & Support team, you’ll assist customers across multiple channels, including inbound and outbound phone calls, live chat, and email. You’ll help customers throughout their hearing journey by answering questions, providing product education, troubleshooting concerns, and recommending products and services that help them hear and live better.
This is a customer-facing role that requires being comfortable moving between calls, chats, and emails throughout the day while providing a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Hearing healthcare experience is a plus, but it is not required. We’re primarily looking for people with strong call center, customer service, and sales skills. If you’re an Audiologist or licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, we’d love to hear from you too.
Requirements:
- Call center, customer service, and/or sales experience
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls, live chats, and customer emails
- Licensed professionals will take telehealth appointments as well
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence making product recommendations and asking for the sale
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems
- Proficiency with Mac computers preferred
- Zendesk and UltraCart experience is a plus
- Hearing healthcare experience is a plus
- Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialists and Audiologists are encouraged to apply, but licensure is not required
