Standard Shipping is FREE within the USA. Standard orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation, for arrival to your home within 3-7 business days of order confirmation.
Items are shipped on regular business days, Monday-Friday. Items ordered on holidays, Saturdays, Sundays, or after noon are shipped the next business day.
Rush Delivery USPS Express mail delivery (1-2 business days) to most locations within the U.S. for a shipping charge of $25 per address.
Canada Orders Hearing aid orders ship FREE via USPS ePacket. Delivery typically occurs between 6-14 days after the order is placed. For faster service, hearing aids can be shipped via Express Mail International (includes insurance and tracking) for $31.95.
The MDHearingAid is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the time you receive your order. If at our examination it is determined that the unit failed to work due to parts, materials or workmanship we will repair or replace it for free. Protect your hearing instrument from ALL types of unexpected or accidental damage with our MDShield™ Protection Plan (can be added during checkout).
Return Policy Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your MDHearingAid, you have 45 days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund.
MDHearingAid requires a minimum trial period of 21 days.This minimum trial period is required because medical studies show that your brain requires about three weeks to adjust to new hearing aids. Return requests prior to 21 days from date of invoice will incur a ten percent (10%) Early Return Fee.
All products MUST include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for proper processing. Products returned without a RMA number will incur a twenty percent (20%) No-RMA Fee.
For an RMA number and specific return instructions, please call Customer Service, 312-366-3899, M–F, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (a calendar day equals a business day).
We are unable to honor return requests after 45 days from the date of purchase as shown on your invoice.
I've had a pair for at least three years and they were great. Better than those expensive ones.
Both of mine went through the clothes washer, noticed one as I was taking my clothes out. The other one I couldn’t find, so I put clothes in the dryer and lo and behold the other one ended up in the lint trap. I was quit sure they were destroyed. I removed the batteries and allowed them to dry out for a couple of days and then thought what heck I’ll give them a try,THEY WORKED! That was about a month ago and they are over a year old. Still working fine, tho I wouldn’t recommend doing that intentionally. Thanks for the great product,has made my life so much better.
After suffering with severe tinnitus 24/7 for one year due to chronic Lyme Disease, I’ve now found relief with my new PRO hearing aids. Today is my first day wearing them, but I feel ecstatic that although the ear ringing is not gone, the aids help to mask it. I’m overjoyed with results so far. I’ve been using it diligently and am much more satisfied with the MD Aid. Especially because the battery lasts longer than the expensive Beltone aid that l returned after a week - I had to change the battery after 4 days!
