Each device includes components designed to match the natural shape of the ear, helping provide a comfortable fit and clear, natural sound.

If the initial fit isn’t quite right, all of our models can accommodate a variety of sizes and accessories, such as different tips or ear domes. This added flexibility allows our hearing aids to fit a wide range of ear shapes and sizes.

MDHearing Warranty
MDHearing hearing aids have a standard 1-year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. After that year, if needed, we can replace hearing aids with the same aid (fees may apply). In the event that we cannot provide an exact replacement due to availability, we can offer a 10% off loyal customer discount. Please contact Customer Support for instructions and pricing information.

MDHearing Protection
If you selected one of our Protection or Care Plans, you’re covered against all accidental damage and may also be covered against loss (depending on the plan you selected). As long as your Protection or Care Plan subscription is active, we will replace your hearing aids with a new working set in the event they no longer function properly. For replacement instructions, please contact Customer Service.

Our Bluetooth-enabled, customizable models—the NEO XS PRO and VOLT MAX 2—provide a custom-fit comparable to those in a clinic, but from the comfort of home (no prescriptions or clinic visits needed).

The MDHearing app first walks you through a simple, quick personalization process and then automatically adjusts the hearing aids for your specific hearing. You can also adjust settings based on your environment and preferences with simple controls on the device or directly from your smartphone via Bluetooth.
